What is UDYAM Registration?
Udyam Registration or MSME Registration, as it is commonly known, is a registration certificate for Enterprises that fall under the criteria of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) as per the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006. Subsequently a New Classification criterion came to effect from 01.07.2020. In the new criteria the thresholds are the same for both Manufacturing and Services industry unlike the older one. This registration is intended to bring about benefits to the enterprises that fall under the criteria and to bring overall growth to industries.

Investment up to 10 Crore and turnover up to 50 Crore.
